This November, Wolverhampton Arts Centre will host Wolverhampton in WW2: Our Freedom Then and Now — a free family day exploring life in the city during wartime.
As part of the event, we’re creating a special community display, and we’d love your help. Do you have:
-
Old photographs of Wolverhampton during WW2?
-
Stories passed down from grandparents or relatives?
-
Wartime memorabilia or keepsakes tucked away at home?
If so, we’d be delighted to include them. Items can be shared in whichever format works best for you — scans, photocopies or even by popping into the Arts Centre, where we can help create copies.
By contributing, you’ll help bring our city’s wartime history to life for all generations to experience.
Sunday 16 November 2025
11am–3pm
Gallery Hall, Wolverhampton Arts Centre
Free entry
If you’d like to share something, please get in touch with our team at ewan@wolverhamptonarts.co.uk
