At Wolverhampton Arts Centre, we aim to promote equality of opportunity and celebrate the diversity of our community.

Our staff will:

Our AI Position

As a creative organization WAC supports creativity, originality and human expression. It has a particular responsibility to ensure that human creativity is supported and enhanced by AI but never replaced by it.

Our employees and contractors cannot avoid the use of AI in their work but should always do so according to the following principles:

· Transparency – where public-facing work is prepared using AI it should be clearly marked as such.
· Honesty – AI should not be used to mislead or misrepresent
· Accountability – our staff should actively authorise the use of AI and be prepared to account for their decisions.

This position applies equally to materials originated by WAC and to materials that WAC may re-use (for example in communications) that are provided to it by external parties.

Personal Property

Personal property is brought / left on site at the owner’s own risk. Wolverhampton Arts Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to items left on the premises. However, we understand that, occasionally, items may be accidentally left that owners will be keen to retrieve. Therefore, any lost property that is found will be held for two weeks (14 days).

If items are not claimed by the end of this period, Wolverhampton Arts Centre reserves the right to dispose of the items in any manner which it deems most appropriate.

Any items that are suspected to be linked with illegal activity will not be returned, but will instead be made available to the police.
