Tender for Project Management Services – Raise the Roof Refurbishment Project

Help deliver the future of Wolverhampton Arts Centre.

Following a major funding award, WAC is looking for an outstanding Capital Programme Project Manager to deliver Raise the Roof – a £6 million intervention to carry out urgent refurbishments and improvements to our historic Victorian school building.

You will have experience of major building projects, ideally within the heritage and publicly funded sectors. We are looking for an individual or company with a strong project management track record, alongside excellent finance and communication skills.

Working for WAC as the client, and alongside the design team and main contractor, you will manage this two-year programme, helping equip our buildings for the next thirty years.
