On the weekend of 6th to 8th September, Gatis Community Space, Newhampton Arts Centre (NAC) and Wildside Activity Centre are teaming up to celebrate everything Whitmore Reans with #LoveTheReans Festival.

We want to celebrate the local area and create this event with the people who live, work and play here – so we need your help sharing your skills, passions and stories of the area!

We’re inviting you to create this festival with us and share something you love, enjoy or have a special skill in. Could you share what Whitmore Reans means to you in a creative way?

Maybe you have a group that could perform, or a talent you could show-off? Do you have a skill you could share and teach others? Do you have a song to sing or a story to tell? Could you share a favourite recipe of yours to cook with others?

Whatever you care to share – we want to hear it!

There will be activities and performances at all three sites, so we will work with you to decide where your offer might work best.

If you’re great at helping people, talking to people and making things happen we’re also looking for volunteers to help us run the festival and talk to people at the festival to get feedback and plan for the next one.

If you would like to get involved in #LoveTheReans Festival, let us know by completing this form by Monday 19th August:

If you’d like to chat to someone before completing the form, or the form is not accessible to you please contact Jenny on 07967 187822 (call/ text/ WhatsApp) or email jenny@curiosityproductions.co.uk

All opportunities to share within this festival are voluntary, this is an opportunity for the local community to come together and celebrate the skills, talents, stories and cultures of everyone who lives, works and plays in Whitmore Reans.
