Jazz at Wolverhampton Arts Centre
Featuring some of the world’s most acclaimed contemporary jazz musicians, these performances are programmed with Jazz At Wolverhampton, with the backing of Arts Council England through the Supporting Grassroots Music scheme.
Since 2019, the programme has brought leading jazz artists to Wolverhampton Arts Centre, including Xhosa Cole, Zoe Rahman, Julian Joseph, Camilla George, Tim Garland, Jason Rebello, Orphy Robinson, Emma Rawicz, Elina Duni & Rob Luft, Espen Eriksen Trio, Empirical, Iain Ballamy, and Pete Roth Trio featuring Bill Bruford. With two packed seasons of gigs each year, the theatre plays host to the very best in this richly varied genre.
Plus – We are now offering an exciting platform for the next generation of jazz performers. Join them in our super-relaxed, intimate café setting, bringing some zest, joy and creativity on three Sunday afternoons each season! Welcome to Café Spotlight…
