Love the Reans Fest is back and you’re invited! Join us for a feel-good weekend filled with live music, creative arts, workshops and more, all celebrating the incredible talent in our local community.
This year, the festival comes to life across three fantastic community venues: Wolverhampton Arts Centre, Gattis Community Centre and Wildside Activity Centre – each offering their own unique mix of activities and creativity. From hands-on crafts and performances to live music and the Paint the Day, there’s something special to experience at every stop. Can you create a masterpiece in just one day?
We’re calling all artists and photographers – whether you’re a professional, an enthusiastic amateur, or a young creative still finding your style. “Paint the Day” is back for 2025, and this year it’s joining forces with the #LoveTheReans weekend – a celebration of local talent, green spaces, and the creativity thriving right here in Whitmore Reans.
This popular annual event invites participants to spend a single day capturing the area through any visual medium. From streets and canals to hidden beauty spots, artists are encouraged to explore the surrounding area- of Wolverhampton Arts Centre, Gatis Street Community Space & Wildside Activity Centre and find inspiration wherever it strikes.
Open to all ages and abilities, the challenge is simple: create your artwork on Saturday 6th September, bring it back to us by 5pm, and see it displayed in our public exhibition the next day.
